Yes, AMBER is our lightest scent, so don't worry you didn't get a bad batch or your nose hasn't stopped working. It's called scent immunity and your nose gets used to the olfactory composition, therefore harder to smell on yourself.
However, everyone else will still smell it. Now, you're probably wondering why this happens.
Here are a couple of reasons: Generally AMBER works best on persons that run hot, so if you are naturally cold all the time- you may experience the scent having a hard time exuding its notes.
I suggest placing it on a sunny windowsill to help warm up the essence.
The composition of AMBER generally is larger molecules so it could just be your nose that is having a harder time recognizing these molecules - hence the scent immunity.
We ship all domestic orders with $100 insurance via USPS, unless otherwise selected by customer at time of checkout.
If your tracking number indicates your item was delivered, we have no control and we cannot issue you a refund.
We suggest before contacting USPS that you check with surrounding mailboxes as human error can be at fault. Otherwise, this shipment may have resulted as a stolen package. You will need to contact your local USPS office or local authorities for further assistance.
